Divisibility rule A number is divisible by 2n if the sum of the number's last n digits is divisible by 2n. If the last digit of a number is even, whatever may be the other digits it will be divisible by 2. If the last two digits of a number is divisible by 4 .then that number will be divisible by 4. If the last three digits of a multi digit number is divisible by 8, then that number will be divisible by 8. For example the n008 .
